Update ignore file
The ignore file .gitignore have to be updated after add AMR regression tests (see #95 (closed)). Multibunch simulations generate some type of files that must be discarded as untracked files
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
