Compilation with DBG_SCALARFIELD is broken
Compilation fails after merging !655 (merged): <filesystem> library was not included in the header.
In addition 'format' is not a member of 'std' until C++20, so we still have to use boost.
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
