modulecmd: V_MINOR is not set correct if the version number consist of a major, minor number plus a suffix
If the version number is something like 42.0_foo, V_MINOR is set to 0_foo instead of 0.
Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
