BECImageShow Histogram Scaling with z log scale

Summary

If the z scale of BECImageItem ( !50 (merged)) is switched to logaritmic, the scale of the histogram colorbar is not based on the 10^x (see figure below).

Expected Behavior vs Actual Behavior

Linear Scale:

Log Scale:

On histogram the correct labels should be not 1,2,3 but 10,10^2, 10^3.
