Found behaviour

When bec is started, and a file with the name bec_config.yaml exists in the folder, the BECFigure/becdispatcher would automatically use the local file it found and thus the settings inside instead of the default config file.

Expected behaviour

Starting bec without additional config specifications should always try to use the default bec_config.
