Separation of widgets from motor example app

Separation of the widgets from examples/motor_moverment app.

Problem Description

Make standalone widgets which could be used separately with dedicated API from examples/motor_moverment app. Widgets could be then summoned in CLI as a popup for alignment and used as a modular plugins for QT Designer.

• Motor Map
• Motor controller relative with arrows
• Motor controller with absolute coordinates
• Motor selector
• Save coordinates to table and export → basic versions done
• Coordinate table → export/import csv + custom columns
