Bug with BECPlotter

Bug report

Starting BECPlotter from the cli does not work with the pypi packaged version. The ui for configDialog is missing. It works when the package is installed locally.

A suitable approach to solve it should be to add *ui files as package_data, similar to the yaml files in BEC: https://gitlab.psi.ch/bec/bec/-/blob/master/bec_lib/setup.py?ref_type=heads
