Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Scan GUI - Base Class filter

Conclusion from discussion #35 (closed) is that scan_base_classes =['FlyScanBase', 'ScanBase'] should be allowed.

I will put optional argument which in default will allow these two classes
