Review/write SynAxisOPAAS (positioner) simulation

Review simulation framework -> Positioner

Problem Description

While the current simulation framework works fine, it can be extended by certain features and properly cleaned up. A review/rewrite of the SynAxisOPAAS will be the first step to adress #17 (closed). Also links to #26 (closed)

Use Case

Beamlines will begin to use the simulation to start with their integration work. A revision of the simulation framework will be beneficial.

Proposed Solution

Start with rewriting SynAxisOPAAS, however, in a new file to avoid breaking the old simulation

Benefits

Simulation framework remains unaffected. Updated framework can be developed simultanouesly

Alternatives Considered

Refactoring current simulation. This would potentially break more functionality
