Documentation for new simulation

Feature Summary

The current simulation framework is not yet nicely documented.

Problem Description

A better documented simulation will allow users to explore BEC in a more natural way. They will be able to configure their simulation to their needs, store config.yaml files and replay condition as they see fit.

Use Case

  • Gets more important with the upcoming sprint from TomCAT or requests from BL scientists to create scripts for mono alignment etc.

Proposed Solution

  • update the documentation asap to allow current functionality to be reviewed by any user of BEC.
