Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Fix config yaml dialog; remove exec_; closes #62 #61

  • back to the native dialogs for loading/saving yaml, non-native was crashing on python 3.11
  • all exec_ changed to exec
  • additional error handling and tests for yaml_dialog
