Motor aligment widget

Description

New widget MotorMap which display coordinates of two motors with the history. Works on similar principle as BECMonitor with customisable config dict. Can display multiple plots in the grid of pg.GraphicsLayoutWidget.

In future the API can be potentially unified with BECMonitor + base visualisation class could be created #75 (closed).
