Add metadata widget to scan control

  • Adds a reusable expandable/collapsible frame widget
  • Adds the metadata widget to the scan control
    • by default, the required metadata is expanded and the optional metadata is collapsed
    • only the optional part, or the entire thing can be hidden with a property
