Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

Fix/plot base compact

Description

PlotBase with more compact toolbars, possibility to decide if the user wants popups or a side menu (this is also accessible in the designer).

Run plot_base.py to see the difference in both modes.

Additionally the SwitchAction toolbar buttons are adapted to make toolbar of the plot base more compact.
