Load widgets from plugin repositories

perl_d requested to merge feature/199_plugin_widgets into pre_release_v2
  • Tidy up generate_cli to be able to run it on plugin repos as wll
  • Import widgets from plugin repo into available widgets
  • Import RPC classes from plugin client to client
  • Import plugin widgets to designer

To test, make some widgets in a plugin repo and see if it works!

Definition of Done

  • Documentation is up-to-date.
