Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

refactor: made client a module import

@appel_c please double check that the changes in line_plot are not breaking anything. Once you are sure, feel free to merge.

Also, I commented out a few tests and create an issue for them.
