Update bec_lib dependency due to ScanInfo introduction
Update bec_lib dependencies. Tests for MIN install failed because ScanInfo was introduced in bec_lib.device_manager and gets imported in ophyd_devices. closes #96 (closed)

Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.
