Code indexing in gitaly is broken and leads to code not being visible to the user. We work on the issue with highest priority.

File writer and spot finding improvements

  • Writing sequential files (not round-robin)
  • Spot finding saves strong pixels in bit format again (less performant/much easier)
  • Spot building is done with SparseCCL algorithm from CERN
  • ZMQ send buffer size/watermark are adjustable in jfjoch_broker
