Move back to DECTRIS flavor of NXmx

Simplify the format to enable compatibility with Albula viewer, Neggia XDS plugin and HDF5 1.8 installations.

  • Link to data files is via soft links, not virtual dataset
  • Added image extent to data file
  • Mask is not chunked if not compressed
  • Add neggia test
