Modifications necessary for the EIGER test

Modifications for the EIGER test:

  • Handle EIGER in DetectorWrapper
  • Fix PreviewImage for unsigned data
  • FPGA: take care of special values (UINT16_MAX, INT16_MIN, INT16_MAX), so these are promoted to 24-bit and 32-bit numbers
